Stronachie 10 Years

Tim Morrison, the founder of the independent bottler A.D.Rattray is not only the son of the former owner of Bowmore. Among his ancestor is also Andrew Dewar, a spirit trader, which lived in the 19th century. His company Andrew Dewar Rattray sold exclusive Malts of the Stronachie distillery back then. Both companies later closed down due to the global economic crisis. Morrison bought the trademark rights and an original bottle of Stronachie from the year 1904 and revived the brand. Today Single Malt of the distillery Benrinnes is used for the brand Stronachie.
