The Club considers membership to be a unique opportunity to hold a voting right in a prestigious new club and distillery project, to ownership of the distillery production plant and to the allocation rights to 300 bottles of rare and fine Single Malt Whisky. It is quite likely that Ladybank Single Malt Whisky will sell at a premium above all other Single Malts of the same age and vintage due to the rarity of the product on the open market and because of the spirit quality and the quality of oak casks used to mature the small quantities of whisky produced.

Because of the small production volumes The Club will be able to invest in the very finest oak casks for maturation at a cost that would not be commercially viable for many larger Malt Whisky producers.
The average Scotch Malt Whisky distillery produces in the region of between 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 litres of pure alcohol each year. The major Single Malt brands sell in the region of 100,000 cases of malt whisky each year - with much greater volumes being used as components for Blended Whisky.
The Club aims to distil in the region of 25,000 litres of pure alcohol each year. When mature it will distribute to members and VIP visitors three styles of Ladybank Single Malt Whisky. The volume of these styles is planned to be in the region of 2,000 cases per year. No allocation will be available for general sale.
There is an established collectable market for fine and rare whiskies. A limited edition 10 Year Old Single Malt whisky, especially one that is purchased as much for drinking as it is for collecting, would be likely (at today's prices) to change hands at over £40 per 75cl bottle.
